The Brief: Work together as a team to create, publish and exhibit a Zine that connects with and celebrates the brand TSPTR through their spring/summer 2022 Journal. Your creative starting point is through the theme of revolution.
The Big Idea: "Expose the lack of progression in keeping women safe due to the government’s consistent failure in implementing any revolutionary solution”.
Our concept: The vast majority of women have experienced some form of sexual assault/harassment and there is no change, women are attacked again - the concept of a broken record (link to TSPTR’s references to pop culture/music) Addressing the failure of the government to keep women safe. The stories reflect a personal experience but they’re united by the common theme ‘same story different victim’. Each story forms the album ‘Protests on Repeat’.
